Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she finished third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
