Donald Joseph Qualls - better known as DJ Qualls - is a actor, model, and producer from the US. After achieving fame through his performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow the actor appeared in more 20 feature films, like The Core. In addition, he has appeared in Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs, Lost Law & Order, and many other. Qualls was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma around age 14 and has been fighting it ever since. He was able to get rid of his cancer after two years. The treatment began so early that it caused a serious effect on the body, and stunted his growth. As he got older, financially secure, it was his goal because his experience with poverty had been a part of his life. He stated, "I've been living so frugal for so many years that I'm in need of to have financial security, otherwise my life can seem out of control to me." In addition, when he thinks back to his childhood, he wants to change the course of the problem of bullying. He is a victim of cruelty and hurts him to the core. The perfect role for DJ is that of a father in real life. The director doesn't choose him for these roles but he does say. He would like to become the father of his child one day to be able to devote more time with his child as well as his professional.
